What are the model year differences between the E90-series M3's?
From 2009, BMW's M3's started to come equipped with BMW's new
CIC iDrive which improves over the CCC version with a higher resolution screen and Hard Drive based Navigation
system.
Also, BMW revised the trim on the Start Engine Button as well as the Headlight controls, discontinued the
Sparkling Graphite color and added the LeMans Blue color option. The arm rest was also slightly revised and the
window controls moved a half inch closer on the driver's side.
Finally, the E90 M3 sedan received a facelifted rear in
line with the normal 3-series E90 sedan of that model year.
